PsyGuard.AI offers Virtual Focus Groups (market research platform), PsyGuard AI: Business (professional relationship insights), and PsyGuard AI: Social (personal relationship insights). All products process data through third-party AI services to generate educational insights.

2. User Responsibilities

• You are solely responsible for the accuracy of information you input
• You will not use the platform to harm, harass, or make employment/legal decisions about real people
• You are responsible for your interpretation of analyses and any actions you take
• You will not share or publish content in ways that violate others' privacy or rights

3. Educational Purpose

Our platform is designed for relationship improvement and educational purposes only. All analyses use speculative language and are not diagnostic, clinical, or factual claims about individuals.

4. Privacy and Data

Your data is private by default. Virtual Focus Groups studies and mobile app profiles remain private unless you share them. You are responsible for any sharing, screenshots, or publication. Payment processing handled securely through Stripe. See our Privacy Policy for details.

5. Platform Limitations

• We organize data but do not create psychological analyses ourselves
• Third-party AI services generate content based on your input
• We do not verify, fact-check, or endorse user-provided information
• Analyses are speculative and educational, not professional advice

You may not use our platform to:

• Make employment, legal, or medical decisions about real people
• Harass, stalk, or harm others
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Share content that violates others' privacy or rights
